Welcome.

I am an artist who believes creativity is an unavoidable side effect of curiosity and having an intense, questioning, interested mind has been invaluable to my art practice and teaching.

My main aims have always been inclusivity, mindfulness and connection and to give those engaging in art, a safe, nurturing space from which to learn, no matter the age or ability. I take satisfaction in sharing and preserving traditional ways of thinking and creating and my love of history and folklore will often combine strong links to real, contemporary social issues.

This has meant a life long exploration of diverse techniques, materials and research. Long may it continue.

My current practice has guided me into schools, Private and Mobile Tuition, Day Therapy Centres/Occupational Therapies, Aged Care, Mental Health, corporate venues, libraries, local government and many other settings where I am able to share my knowledge of mediums to enable to express themselves creatively.

The very human element of sharing and connection, matters in more ways than we realise.
